Getting out while going’s still good: Sadler leaves Saga

With the latest album ‘Trust’ Saga were in best form and on top of that the band celebrates
their 30th anniversary with the fans in 2007 – but now it’s official: At the end of the year
vocalist Michael Sadler takes his leave of the Canadians.

It is said that Sadler leaves for personal reasons and whether the band continues to carry on
or not remains to be seen. Nevertheless, reason enough to celebrate their anniversary big
times: A farewell tour is under way, in spring ‘Worlds Apart Revisited’ will be released as
double CD, double DVD and limited edition and, moreover, a lavishly enhanced Saga rarity
collection is currently under consideration.

After lengthy consideration and a healthy amount of soul-searching, Michael has decided to announce his departure from
SAGA at the end of the year. Michael would also like to make it clear to everyone that his decision to leave is mostly of a
personal nature! As far as the rest of the band are concerned, they have decided, for the moment, to keep all possible
options open!

An open letter from Michael to the fans can be expected in due time.

Så starter et nyt år på Saga-Denmark

Så er det blevet 2007 og her på Saga-Denmark vil jeg godt have lov til at takke alle dem som var med til at gøre 2006
til et godt SAGA år.
I 2007 venter en af de store begivenheder i SAGAs karriere, nemlig fejringen af deres 30 års jubilæum.
