  I dag starter SAGAs canadiske sommer tour

  Så starter SAGA på en lille canadisk sommer tour og de 3 første koncerter er som special guests hos bandet som var så
  cool at give dem chancen tilbage i 1980, nemlig amerikanske Styx.

  Torsdag d. 28. august  -  Ottawa Congress Centre (med Styx)  -  Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
  Fredag d. 29. august  -  L'Agora du Vieux Port - Quebec (med Styx)  -  Quebec, Quebec, Canada

  The crew and Jim Gilmour are in OTTAWA a day early to set up the new KORG keybord rig to be ready for 3 shows
  in support of "STYX".

  CLEAR - Canadian Shows

  Yes, you've read it right. Michael will be taking CLEAR on the road for a few shows in September!

  He is currently getting the band together and we will be making announcements as each venue is secured. US shows and
  other countries are not scheduled at this time, we are concentrating on Canada for the moment in light of SAGA's
  schedule.

  Due to the ongoing success of "one minute" in the AC charts, Michael realized that he simply could not not take the next
  step. I cannot even explain how happy and excited we are. (I really wish we had a jumping smilie.)

  So...starting tommorow, Michael is going to be one busy guy for awhile.

  The Band and Crew have now returned home from a short but great! German tour.
  Next shows are Canadian dates then back to Europe (Denmark) for a few open air festivals.
  The Saga crew are presently rockin western Canada with the support act on the "Black Eyed Peas" tour.

  Stand-by for the release of the SAGA -CHAPTERS CD a live recording of all the songs/chapters with Steve Negus on
  drums. Available soon on SPV Records.

  The ONLINE SAGA STORE will be open soon.

  I dag er det 2 år siden Steve Negus valgte at forlade SAGA efter koncerten i Hamilton.


Steve Negus vil altid være savnet i SAGA.

  Saga-Denmark konkurrence


  Så er det blevet tid for en lille Saga-Denmark konkurrence, hvor der bliver mulighed for 5 personer at vinde en af de nye
  Worlds Apart t-shirts samt en kasket. (se billeder på www.sagaontour.com)
  Der er fem spørgsmål, et fra hvert af SAGA medlemmerne, som alle skal besvares for at man skal have en chance for at
  vinde. Nogle af spørgsmålene er 'lidt' svære og kræver nok lidt research, med mindre man er hardcore fan.
  Mandag. d. 25. juli vil der blive trukket lod blandt dem som har svaret rigtigt, så kom i gang med researchen.

  Michael Sadler News


  Michael celebrated his birthday on the current Saga tour and he was so happy about the wonderful cake that Susi made
  and the birthday wishes from everyone.

  Several people had given him some really cool presents including one that you folks can check out right here. This totally
  awesome gift is from Ax Slinger - check out Member Map – where you can add your name and location with Sadler fans
  worldwide!

  Another really fun thing is The Arcade that Andrew has put up, check it out, it's got some awesome vintage games that
  you're gonna get a kick out of. I mentioned this to Michael and he can't wait to play the games when he gets back.

  To add more icing to Michael's cake, "one minute" is number 25 on the ACQB chart this week and is also doing great in
  the small AC markets, see below.

  We'll keep you folks posted on any new developments.

  We've been asked about taking Clear on the road and it's a weird situation because SAGA is receiving so many cool
  offers right now that Michael is busier than he had originally foreseen. Basically, we were on the verge of seriously
  planning some acoustic shows or such and now the timetable has changed a bit. In either case, we're happy with the
  state of things and we'll just have to keep looking for the right opportunity.

  current shows in Germany. Michael celebrated his birthday while on the current tour!
